Chartered Trade Mark Attorney & Solicitor
Martin advises on all aspects of IP law with particular experience in worldwide registration, protection, and exploitation of trade marks and designs. He handles trade mark opposition, cancellation, and revocation actions before the UK Intellectual Property Office and acts for clients before the Company Names Tribunal.

“I enjoy the opportunity at Sonder IP to provide clients with flexible charging structures that suit their commercial requirements, rather than rely on hourly rates that almost all IP firms adopt. I have over 20 years of experience working in house at major brand owners and at some of the largest IP firms in the country and I know what is important to clients and what approach they should follow when protecting or defending their IP rights. I also take client care very seriously, which is unfortunately something that takes a back seat at firms that rely on chargeable time figures.”
Outside of work Martin is a father of four, keen cook (but not baking – the science defeats him!) and on the golf course he is often picking balls out of hedges and the long grass.
