“There is no one size fits all for IP protection and no one client is the same as another. But I have found that traditional IP services are rigid, dissected into isolated islands of advice, and based around an outdated and inflexible charging structure that sees clients spending money according to how much time is spent on something, not what that piece of work was actually worth. The real value in IP services is in having the ability to see the bigger picture from the start, the desire to understand a client’s unique needs and aims, and the time to provide clear and targeted advice. And that’s where Sonder&Clay comes into its own. We are uniquely positioned to provide our expert advice in a way that works for you. I love working with my clients, and I love doing it the Sonder&Clay way.”
Outside of work, Rachel is Mum to two children or monsters depending on the day, a keen baker (don’t tell Martin) and is currently writing a terrible novel combining her two great loves of books and classical mythology.
